Overview
What will you be doing:

- Coach, counsel and mentor employees on a myriad of topics (i.e. work efficiencies, team building, career pathing, talent planning, culture, DE&I, training, policies) as a business partner
- Support people managers in their role to ensure development and growth of employees and managers, alike
- Talent and succession planning and development for the organization
- Develop learning and development plans, inclusive of DE&I
- Develops strategies for People initiatives and compliance
- Change management tactics to lead and coordinate organization initiatives
- Manage annual year end process, inclusive of merit and bonus
- Lead efforts around engagement survey, tailoring culture calendar to coincide with employee feedback
- Handle employee relations in confidential, respectful manner
- Additional, ad hoc projects as they arise
What will make you stand out:

- 7+ years HR experience in corporate setting
- Previous experience in a CPG or direct to consumer start-up environment with rapid growth is a huge plus
- Exceptional people skills with an approachable, amiable disposition, fostering an open door, confidential experience for all employees
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Resourceful with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Strong business partner and presentation skills
- Analytical with proven ability to craft strategy with data
- Excellent organizational skills including accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially listening skills
- Experience in a role where multiple projects and competing demands are the norm
